Welcome back to our multi-part series on Continuous Improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where we walk listeners through using a DMAIC RCA approach to solving a single problem. On this episode, Larry continues with the Measurement phase of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process so we can begin to measure or investigate the incident.
