Many organizations we visit underestimate the impact of proper work management. They don't truly believe maintenance planning can reduce costs, improve equipment reliability, and therefore increase availability to produce money! Work management is a simple process; identify required work, prioritize the work, plan it, schedule, kit required materials, execute the work safely, close-out/feedback/analysis. Simple!
