Nexus Global was engaged by one of the largest pulp & paper manufacturers in the world to develop and execute a PM route program at one of their specialty paper mills in North America. The client recognized their existing PM strategy was in need of review and were looking to outsource support to provide a robust and cost effective method for PM Optimization (PMO).

This would be the first mill in the organization to have all routes developed, scheduled, and executed with a plan to optimize. Our goal was to support the client's current reliability and asset care strategies while facing limited resource capacity and a tight delivery date.
