Nexus Global supported Canada’s largest coal and potash shipping port through a multi‑phase expansion that doubled capacity. Using **Data Optimizer™** for master data and **Strategy Optimizer™** for equipment strategies, the program improved planning, reporting, and reliability during the upgrade.

## The Challenge: Scale Without Chaos

During a multi‑million‑dollar expansion, the terminal needed [**clean, standardized asset data**](https://www.nexusglobal.com/apmsolutions/data-management/dataoptimizer) and **risk‑based maintenance strategies** to scale safely without disrupting operations.
