Following a plant assessment, the client embarked on a total review of all Asset Management activities; including full asset hierarchy rebuild, maintenance strategy optimization, and CMMS migration to SAP.
The major challenge of the project was conducting a complete audit and data acquisition of plant asset class and taxonomy with multiple competing work streams; SAP migration and Maintenance Strategy/Risk Review.
