The new strategy had to meet one key objective, reduce equipment downtime without compromising safety or contravening quality or legal obligations. To support the project, Nexus Global proposed to conduct a pilot study using Strategy Optimizer™ to optimize the PM program of a select group of assets at one of the client's hydropower generating stations.
